Less-than-container load
Submit an LCL quote request if you have a few large cartons that exceed 150 lbs each, up to several pallets or crates that do not exceed 800 cubic feet total.

As a rule, our ocean rates are based on the number of cubic feet ("cube") of the commodity shipped, so you will need know the length, width, and height of each piece you would like to ship. An exception to this rule is when the density of the shipment exceeds 45 lbs per cube - in these cases, your rate will be calculated based on the shipment weight in lbs divided by 45.

Our mainland trucking rates are determined by the weight and shipping class of the items shipped. If you do not know the shipping class of your items, please provide as accurate a description of your item as you can in the "Commodity" field of our LCL quote request form.

Full-container load
Submit an FCL quote request if you have a large shipment in excess of 800 cubic ft - from several pallets to cargo requiring its own container.

Our full-container load rates are primarily based on the total weight of each commodity shipped. Our basic door to door service provides a live pick-up and delivery - a container will be delivered to your door for loading/unloading with 1 free hour of waiting time. Each additional hour is extra, so in some cases it is better to have the container "dropped" at your dock and the driver return to pickup the container when it is ready. The charge for "drop" service depends on the distance from the rail yard or port to your loading dock.
