Once you have entered the required information, click the "Generate BOL" button - a new window will open with your ready to print BOL. Use the "File -> Print..." option from your navigator menu to print the BOL. Before shipping, be sure to sign and initial where indicated.
Pick-up Request Click here to open our online pick-up request form. Once completed, UTS will dispatch a truck and call or fax you back to confirm dispatch.
